So what's this page about?

This page is my public motivation to get myself in shape. I haven't exercised routinely since I graduated highschool, and it's noticeable. So, I want to work on eating healthier, losing some weight, and incorporating more movement into my day. I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle, but my new goal is to change that.

My strategy is to lose 10lbs, and possibly a few more beyond that, depending on how I feel at that stage. Currently I don't feel healthy, and I know I need to make a change, even if 10lbs doesn't seem like a huge number

Disclaimer: I will be posting sample menus of what I eat in a day, just to give people an idea of what I do/what framework they can use to figure out their own meal needs. Everyone is different and calorie needs vary from person to person. Please do not use my menus as a end-all be-all for your own health journey. I am very petite and my calorie requirement is vastly different from the needs of most people.
